Water Resources Engineer in Training - Grand Forks, ND

Successful candidates will work under the direct supervision of project management and design engineers and will have the opportunity to develop skills in report preparation, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, design, plans and specifications, construction observation, and construction administration, with an emphasis on personal/career development.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Hydrologic / hydraulic engineering coursework
• Fundamentals in Engineering certified or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel as required

Preferred

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Water Resources Emphasis, or related field
• AutoCAD or Civil 3D experience
• ArcGIS Experience
• 1-2 years intern or employment experience on water resources projects
• Experience with XP-SWMM, EPA-SWMM or InfoSWMM
• Experience with HEC-RAS
